When searching for properties for sale in the Whistler area there are now two public accessible multiple listing web sites. You will find some properties listed on the Greater Vancouver Real Estate Board's Multiple Listing Service MLS SEARCH LINK and all Whistler properties listed by members of the Association of Whistler Realtors on a local shared listing system called the Whistler Listing System WLS WLS SEARCH LINK Most Whistler realtors only use the WLS (Whistler Listing System). For our clients selling properties, we use both MLS and WLS. We want our sellers' properties to have maximum exposure and our potential buyer customers to have access to all Whistler properties currently listed for sale.
For buyers, a service we offer is daily, weekly or monthly Auto Email Updates on all the properties listed for sale on the Whistler Listing System-WLS.
